How It Works

Add each guest with the details you need to plan seating and catering, then use the filters and column sorting to slice the list any way you like. When you are ready, export the full list to a CSV file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers.

What you can track
  • RSVP status: Attending, Declined, Pending, or Maybe — the summary tiles update live.
  • Meal preference: pick a menu option so you can give final counts to your caterer.
  • Table assignment: a free-text field so you can use numbers or names ("Head Table").
  • Plus-one: a toggle that adds to the total headcount when the guest is attending.
  • Group tags: comma-separated labels like "Family", "College", or "Bride's Side" for quick filtering.
Filtering & sorting
  • Search matches on guest name and tags.
  • Filter by RSVP status, group tag, or meal preference — combine them to narrow down.
  • Sort by clicking any of the Name, RSVP, Meal, or Table column headers; click again to reverse.
Headcount logic

The Total Headcount counts every guest marked Attending, plus one extra for each attending guest with a plus-one enabled. Declined and pending guests are not counted, so the figure reflects your expected number of seats and meals.

All data stays in your browser via local storage — nothing is sent to a server. Clearing your browser data will remove your saved guest list, so export a CSV backup periodically.
